Hi. Thank you for visiting. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED! This website began almost three years ago in response to the reawakening of my painter-self. That’s not really enough time to fully regain my footing or adjust to all the differences in materials, tools, (I’m so fortunate to have kept my quality brushes) and, of course, in me. One significant change was that I began playing the saxophone and studying how to solo over chords. That discipline of making a statement spontaneously, by attaching rhyme and colors to a preconceived structure is very much like the flow of abstract painting; and is fraught with similar challenges and pitfalls. Hopefully you will find some of these efforts entertaining. I’d love to hear your thoughts by email or in the blog section.
